We seek controlling stakes in U.S. and Canadian companies with $30 to $400 million in annual revenues. Longroad invests across a range of industries where it can enhance value through active ownership, utilizing the operating expertise of its principals to improve the performance of its portfolio companies. We currently are investing our third fund, with approximately $300 million of committed capital.
