She has over ten years of experience evaluating highly leveraged transactions and distressed companies and assets for potential acquisition. Ms. Whitman began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she worked for seven years in the mergers & acquisitions group. At PwC she advised large private equity firms and banks on leveraged recapitalizations and restructurings by performing the financial and operational due diligence, modeling and structuring of transactions. After PwC, she was a Director for Global Crossing, where she evaluated and purchased distressed telecom and technology companies and assets. (2005 – present), Trim Solutions, LLC (2003 – 2005) Ms. Whitman received a B.A. from Dartmouth College, a M.S. and M.B.A. in Accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Anne was a member of the swim team at Dartmouth and joined several Longroad colleagues in 2004 through 2006 as part of Team Sufferfest, competing in a six-person relay team in the Manhattan Island Marathon Swim. |
