Director/General CounselClick Here to email Leon KomkovMr. Komkov is a founding member of Longroad Asset Management, LLC, where he focuses on legal due diligence and leads the reorganization strategy of portfolio companies led through restructurings by Longroad. For the past 21 years, Leon has advised various creditor groups, wealthy families, bondholders and creditors’ committees in restructurings and acquiring assets and companies through the bankruptcy process. Some of the transactions he has advised include Southern Mineral, Aluma Enterprises, APCOA, Independent Refining Corp., Coral Petroleum, Global Marine, El Paso Electric, Seiscom Delta, Continental Air Lines (I and II), Zale Corp., Retama Park and General Homes. Mr. Komkov was a partner in the Austin office of New York-based Milgrim, Thomajan & Lee prior to founding Baskin, Bennett & Komkov, LLP, in 1993. In 2001, Mr. Komkov founded Komkov & Associates, P.C., which practiced in the areas of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy.
