Daniel Larkin - Operating Advisor Mr. Larkin is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in operations management. He spent the majority of his career working at Talon, Inc. with the last ten years as Head of Operations, President and serving on the Board of Directors. His work has included managing unions, inventory control, overseeing operations, including highly engineered processes, and logistics. Subsequent to Talon, Inc., Mr. Larkin was a Vice President at Coats PLC, a $2.0 billion public British manufacturing company. Mr. Larkin planned, orchestrated and successfully moved five manufacturing plants from the United States to Mexico and China. In 2006, he was relocated to China for one year to develop a manufacturing plant and train local supply chain management teams in the country for Coats PLC. Currently, Mr. Larkin is on several Longroad boards, serves as an interim CEO, and is assisting with the company’s development of a local China supply and logistics team. Jim Polakiewicz - Operating Advisor Mr. Polakiewicz is a senior finance and operating executive with more than 15 years of COO, CFO and finance experience at the corporate and subsidiary levels of both private and public companies. Mr. Polakiewicz currently serves as CEO of PM Engineered Solutions, Inc. and is on several Longroad boards. Previously Mr. Polakiewicz was the CFO of one of Longroad's portfolio companies, Wakefield Thermal Solutions, Inc. He also served as Controller of Marvel Lighting Corp. and held various finance positions at Scully Signal Company. Mr. Polakiewicz received a B.S. from Merrimack College and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. Dominic Truniger Mr. Truniger is a senior executive with over 27 years experience in the window and door industry. He is currently CEO of Longroad portfolio company HWD Acquisition Inc. (dba Hurd Windows & Doors). Most recently, Mr. Truniger successfully guided the Hurd® brand to double in market share since taking leadership of Hurd Windows & Doors, Inc. in January 2006. Subsequent to leading the Hurd® brand, Mr. Truniger held sales and marketing leadership roles with three top tier window brands including Jeld-Wen®, Crestline®, and Semco®. He has also showcased his entrepreneurship experience while owning and operating two WI-based marketing solutions companies, including Tamzen Media, Inc. and TD Fischer, Inc. Mr. Truniger received a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in St Paul, Minneapolis. |
