Managing DirectorClick Here to email Steve ZambitoMr. Zambito focuses on the operational due diligence for all of Longroad's investments and actively monitors the operations and performance of Longroad's portfolio companies. Mr. Zambito has been involved in executing and operating private equity investments for the past 25 years in the small and middle market sector primarily in manufacturing and distribution companies. He currently is the Chairman of HOP Energy, a Longroad portfolio company, which is the second largest home heating oil distributor in North America. Previously he has been involved in over 20 roll-ups and LBO deals as a key operator/owner. Steve is the President of the Brooklyn Prep Alumni Endowment Fund, which grants five scholarships annually for deserving students to attend Jesuit high schools in the New York area. Steve is also an accomplished Triathlete completing eight Ironman races worldwide and was voted Triathlete All American in 1998 and 1999. He was also a member of Team Sufferfest in 2002 and 2004 through 2006. |
