Associates, Analysts and Principals to work with Longroad’s partners to find and evaluate new investment opportunities and work with our existing portfolio companies.  If you have  relevant experience in accounting, transaction services, operations consulting, restructuring, credit analysis or investment banking and are interested in a position where you would immediately achieve a high level of responsibility and work directly on new investment ideas and the complex restructuring process that follows, we would like to hear from you.
 
Business Development Managers to cultivate relationships with prospective and existing operating partners and develop and manage relationships with conventional and alternative deal sources.
 
Corporate Development Managers to build and guide the execution of our strategy for future growth, new markets and areas for development.
 
Operations Managers to focus on operational due diligence for our target investments and to monitor the operations and performance of our portfolio companies.  We are looking for leaders with relevant experience in private equity investments in the small and middle market sectors.
